A reminder that next Thursday evening parents/guardians are welcome to attend a free Wellness Workshop with Amber Pavey 

Learn how to develop healthy ways to address the stress, anxiety, and the overwhelm of modern life for children and families.
The session will include:
• What is mindfulness?
• How and why can it help?
• Practices to improve well-being and mental health.
• Wellness techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
• How to support yourself and your children during challenging times. We provide tools to support families of all faiths and none.

I look forward to participating in this workshop alongside our families and hope to see many of you there. Adults "set the temperature" for the children in their lives so knowing what we can do to model social-emotional self-care has a lasting impact.
