Estimada Comunidad de Eugene Coste School,

We have had the pleasure of continuing our work with Jeff Stockton following Spring Break, and we are pleased to share that we will be hosting a Family Storytelling Sharing Night on April 23, 2026. Due to the number of students and need to have siblings together, we will offer two presentation times. Classroom teachers will send home your family’s assigned time next week.

Next week also marks our Spanish Immersion Week. We extend our sincere thanks to our Spanish Committee for coordinating the many activities, and to all of our teachers for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences that enrich our Spanish Bilingual Program.

As we enter the final trimester of the school year, we are excited to share that Eugene Coste School will be piloting our system’s new Enrolment Intentions Form through SchoolEngage. We recognize that some families have already completed a version sent by our Administrative Assistant; however, this new digital process will streamline communication by allowing families to complete the form directly within SchoolEngage. This system supports us in:

·        Improving the accuracy of enrolment projections

·        Supplementing fall verification forms

·        Informing staffing and resource planning

·        Reducing steps for families when submitting enrolment intentions

We will share the digital form before the end of April and greatly appreciate your participation. If you have any questions about this pilot, please reach out to us so we may better serve you.

Wishing all of our families a wonderful long weekend.

Con precio,

Carmen

REPORT CARDS

After May 29, 2026, all Semester 1 reports cards will no longer be available for viewing, downloading and/or printing.

Parents and Guardians can sign in to MyCBE  to view student information, including report cards, comments from your child's teacher, assignments and grades, and attendance information. For the best access to information, log in through the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App.

Report cards summarize and communicate student achievement at a point in time. In addition to the report card, schools communicate with parents/guardians about student progress on an ongoing basis in a variety of ways.
